# My claim link expired

Moov Money payment links are valid for **10 days**. If you open a link and see a message that it has expired, the payment can no longer be claimed with that link.

## What to do

Ask the sender to **resend the payment**. They can start a new payment, which creates a fresh link that's valid for another 10 days. Once you get the new link, open it and follow the steps to claim your money.

## Good to know

- An expired link means no money was sent. Nothing was lost, and the sender can simply send again.
- Links usually arrive by text message, so check your texts for the most recent one and make sure you're opening the newest link.
